Our fund is for shorts that are in the post-production fine cut stage, requiring funding for the last push of work AFTER PICTURE LOCK for any remaining work such as sound design, colour grading, VFX, music and so on. We do not retroactively fund work that is completed. Here is a page with further detail on the various film editing stages - https://www.raindance.org/the-6-stages-of-editing-as-a-film-director/
